Yoga Instructor

After practicing yoga for over 9 years, in 2012 I decided to take the leap and enroll in a 200-hour Hatha yoga teacher training where I absolutely fell in love! I discovered yoga was so much more than a sequence of poses. I grew more physically, mentally, and emotionally then I ever knew was possible.  After my hatha training I also enrolled in an 85-hour Pre and Postnatal Yoga training. Since my trainings, yoga has become a pillar that I lean on to live my life with grace and authenticity. It’s taught me self-acceptance, self-empowerment and how to listen to my body. Yoga is a powerful tool that can help improve your body, mind, and spirit. Since becoming a yoga instructor it has been my goal to share with others what I have learnt along my journey in a fun, safe and welcoming environment. Although I have learnt a lot, my journey certainly isn’t over. My curiosity and compassion for others has led me to become a Yoga Therapist, and I am currently enrolled in Mt. Royal University’s Yoga Therapy program.”
