Yoga has helped me to discover who I am. When I learned to breathe on my mat, I was then able to breathe in my everyday life. I looked to yoga for calmness, but I soon discovered that yoga gave me so much more. After practicing as a student for many years, life presented me with the opportunity to take my Yoga Teacher Training. I love teaching all ages but I have a special place in my heart for teaching children. It is remarkable to be a witness to their reaction to the world of yoga. Whether one is an adult or child, yoga brings a sense of calmness, body awareness and mind-body connection. I am honored and privileged to share yoga with others and I can’t wait to meet you on the mat!
